What is included in the box?

The box contains the Lift and Sculpt device, USB charging cable, and a user manual to guide you.

Do I need a conductive gel?

No conductive gel needed! For dry skin, we recommend applying a toner or a serum to ensure a smooth experience and prevent any unnecessary pulling.

How do I choose mode on my device?

Customize both mode and intensity on your Lift and Sculpt device. Press the "M" button to select mode, and the button with three lines to adjust intensity. Your settings will display on the screen.

How often can I use my device?

For best results, we recommend using your Lift and Sculpt device 5 times a week. Consistency is key to ensure long-term results.

How can I check my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa), in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. 

 

My package is lost, what do I do?

If you package appears to be lost, we suggest waiting for up to 72 hours after it has been marked as delivered. Sometimes, shipping carriers update the status before the actual delivery. If your order is still MIA after this timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@drbillie.com, and we'll sort things out. 

 

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged Lift and Sculpt device, please take a few photos of the damage and reach out to our support team at help@drbillie.com. They'll take it from there!

 Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once you've places your order, our team get's to work to ensure a swift processing, often within 48 hours or less, everyday of the week. Unfortunately, once that process starts, we can't make changes or cancel orders. 

Can I return my order?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened packages. Reach out to us and we will sort things out.
